For digital products and software licence keys, delivery is typically made via email within 24 hours of order confirmation. Some digital orders may require manual verification and could take up to 72 hours.
Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
9. Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products from the date of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. For digital products, including software licence keys, refunds are processed once the licence key or code has been deactivated and confirmed as unused or successfully cancelled.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the digital product cancellation. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
10. Warranty
All physical products sold through our Website come with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Extended warranty options may be available at an additional cost at the time of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
